Manu Online is a dynamic software company offering a comprehensive ERP system to the manufacturing industry and companies with a definitive production process.
In October 2011 Manu Online were looking to increase their activity and presence in the UK market. JMB were the chosen partner instructed to carry out what would be phase one of the project.
Our role was to promote Manu Online and their cloud based solution, gain insight into the manufacturing industry and conduct meeting programmes for the clients during visits to the UK.
This First Step campaign was fundamental in accruing new business in the UK for Manu Online, additionally it served as an essential introduction of a new tool available to the SME manufacturing market, replacing dated legacy systems and processes.
Phase two of the project started in 2013. Manu Online became add-on partners with both Xero and Sage One accountancy packages. In the wake of these two high profile partnerships, Manu Online saw a sizeable increase in new enquiries and subsequently required a telemarketing campaign to follow up with these sign ups.
JMB also provided trade show representation at Xerocon 2013, we assisted at the exhibition stand to promote the Manu Online offering to Xero customers.
JMB held several meetings with Manu Online in phase one and two to define the proposition, identify the key objectives and gain knowledge of the organisation. This is a key part of our process when planning new client campaigns to ensure the JMB team are fully equipped with knowledge of the product or service offering. This method also enabled JMB to become entirely immersed within the brand culture and ultimately an extension of the Manu Online team.
JMB then initiated a comprehensive lead generation and intelligence gathering campaign to communicate the Manu Online offering whilst scheduling one-one appointments.
Manu Online have taken part in several trade events such as Subcon and The Southern Manufacturing show in phase one. Together with Manu Online, JMB identified key exhibitors and delegates to target for a telemarketing calling campaign. JMB staff assisted Manu Online by being exhibition support staff whilst at these events.
Using a combination of calls and emails, JMB secured a number of high profile meetings with top executives at Beagle Aircraft Ltd, Bauer Springs, Alpha Springs and many more.
JMB successfully signed up one customer in phase one and have since signed up many more in phase two. We have increased Manu Online’s UK sales significantly over the last year.
In addition JMB generated over 40 engagement meetings, thus enabling them to become front of mind with prospects and gain valuable insight which is imperative to guiding their future strategies and development of their ERP system.
