Scorebuddy is a SAAS quality assurance platform specifically designed for the scoring of call centre agents across multiple channels; calls (inbound/outbound), emails, live chat or social media.
Looking to enter the UK Market and bolster their client base, Scorebuddy appointed JMB to conduct a integrated UK lead generation campaign through telemarketing, email marketing trade show presence.
Adopting JMB’s First Step approach JMB’s role was to target the larger call centres across the UK, with a view to securing free trial sign-up’s, web demos and sales appointments.
Trade shows were also used as a lead generation vehicle, with exhibitors and delegates specifically targeted to secure sales appointments whilst at the show and after.
JMB were very successful through-out the project, setting up meetings with some of the largest call centre operators in the UK and a number of successful sales conversions, helping to facilitate Scorebuddy’s UK market entry.
This success lead to Scorebuddy extending their target market to the US where JMB also conducted and infiltrated the market through telemarketing.
